Booth for Liquid spray coating & powder coating

Liquid spray booth (Wet type):

1. Batch type booth (non pressurized side draught/ down draught type)

Application : Minimize air pollution inside factory premises.

1.1 Side draught spray booth

Side draught booth suitable for low volume or medium scale production.
With water screen arrangement the over spray paint is falls with water downward continuously. So vertical wall is remain almost clean.
The turbulence is created below water screen panel & sludge is deposited in bottom tank.
In washing chamber baffles are line in 3-4 rows so air travels zigzag & paint particles in air stick in baffles & almost clean air exhausted out side factory.

1.2 Down draught booth Suitable for large volume job, machinery body, car, bus etc.

Water tank is below floor level (civil construction)
Air suction is created towards bottom tank , downwards.
Grating is lining at floor level.
Painter moves around the job for painting.
Washing chamber is located both side of chamber , so effective suction result of overspray is getting.

2. Conveyorised liquid coating booth

Suitable mass production items.
Article is hang on overhead conveyorised, which runs continuously
After complete of painting process article pass through flash off area & curing oven , if heating is required.
Minimum labor require

Liquid spray booth Dry type booth

No water used.
Overspray paint fumes are taken away from air paint mixture by layer of fiberglass filter located at sidewall in side draught & at bottom below grating in down draught booth.
Easy maintenance , minimum time required.
Fiberglass filter replace when it is chocked.

Pressurized liquid spray booth

Air inalte is pass through fresh air received in booth chamber.
Inside booth air pressure is positive, so more comfortable for painter during painting.
Air supply fan & exhaust fan is separately located on top or side of booth.

Powder recovery booth (cyclone type)

Batch type powder coating booth:

Suitable for small production rate.
M.S. or S.S. construction spray cabinet with single cyclone or multi- cyclone recovery gives maximum powder recovery.
cyclone type recovery unit is almost maintenance free.
Single cyclone unit having more height compare to multi cyclone unit.
For different quick color changing condition single cyclone unit is more convenient to use.
Material handling manually done.

Cartridge filter type powder recovery booth

Instead of cyclone recovery unit cartridge type filter (round shell) use to collect overspray powder paint.
Compact design , low space requires.
More efficiency to collect powder & convenient for single color application.
Manually cleaning & auto reverse – pulse jet system is available with booth.
